Go to Clock Utilities which can be found in the System menu

You need to have main Administrator permissions to set the DST times.

  1. Select the first clock in the drop-down list
  2. Click on the Get Status from Clock button. Check that the last Sunday in March (Next BST starts) and the last Sunday in October (Next GMT starts) are entered – if not add in this information.
  3. Click on the Send to Clock button

If you have more than one clocking terminal repeat the process for each of the clocks which will be listed in the drop-down menu at the top of the systems Clock Utilities screen.

NB: This process should be carried out every year prior to the start of British Summer Time (the last Sunday in March).
