Each working day your workforce management system automatically gathers a wealth of employee data. This data can then be used to create real-time reports, so you can see how your workforce is running 24/7.

We know being overwhelmed with information can be just as unhelpful as not having any, so we enable you to set a wide range of report parameters to streamline your information, including dates, employees and departments.

Your way:

Most reports can be exported in Excel, PDF, HTML, RTF, TXT and TIFF formats and sent directly to selected printers or emailed to management.

Customised Payroll Reporting

Absence: Comprehensive WFM absence reporting offers businesses the ability to understand absence histories and trends and identify absence issues. It's easy to run absence reporting in the system and will cut any current manual processes you currently use for this. You can even continue using your existing absence reason codes for recording and reporting absences.

Customised payroll: payroll reporting that is accurate and available when you need it. WFM payroll reporting can be configured for simple upload to most leading payroll systems, in just a few clicks, eliminating manual checking, amendment and input into your payroll system.

The Bradford Factor formula: This simple calculation has been used since the 1980's to measure short-term absence. The WFM system reports the bradford factor for you, potentially saving many hours of manual calculation where this is used.

Holidays: Our software allows you to view and manage individual and group calendars and time-off requests. Clear reporting identifies employee and team holiday statuses and highlights any build-up of holiday balances towards the end of year or at key times helping you manage holiday by employee and across the enterprise.

Lateness: Keep accurate track of exactly when employees clock in and out. Spot lateness trends and stop bad habits.

Working Time Regulations: The Working Time Regulations (WTR) report counts the average number of hours your employees work to ensure you maintain compliance with WTR.

Normally, this data is collected over a period of 17 weeks and an average set. Our WTR report has been designed to ensure you stay compliant with the number of hours your employees work, by enabling you to pull apart their time worked over any period, short or long.

Fire Roll Call: Our Fire Roll Call report can be automatically generated from a fire trigger and sent directly to selected printers. The system can also generate the report from information held in the database and print to as many printers / locations as required.

This Fire Roll Call report can also be easily triggered from a desktop fire icon by system users and other appropriate staff.
